Your RSVP

The organizer collects the chosen name or household, group size, contribution and private email you submit to plan this event. Event emails may include your RSVP details and a private edit link. Keep that link private: anyone who has it can view and change your RSVP until it expires. New RSVP edit links last up to 30 days; emailed recovery links last up to 15 minutes, and retention deadlines can shorten either period.

The shared tailgate board

The name or household you choose, your group size and your contribution appear on the event page for anyone with access to that page. An empty contribution appears as “Still deciding.” Your email, phone and private notes are not shown on the board. Do not put private contact details in your public name or contribution.

Use your private edit link to change your signup or cancel your group. Cancelled signups stop appearing on the public board. Email is required when signing up to attend so you can receive a confirmation and recover your private edit link.

Where your information goes

Online RSVPs are held in the event database and are available to authorized organizers. Event email is processed by the configured email provider. If a photo booth offers an online save, the saved card and photo are stored with the event; a share link or public photo URL can be opened by anyone who has it. A booth that offers only a download keeps the photo on your device.

When information is removed

New online RSVPs and newly saved online photos are scheduled for removal 30 days after the event. Older records require organizer cleanup. Updating an older RSVP does not automatically opt it into deletion. Removal clears the live event records and stored photo objects; downloaded copies, sent emails, browser caches, exports and database backups may remain under their own retention.

Optional event texts

If optional event texts are offered, signing up applies only to the named event and phone number. Providing a phone number alone does not sign you up. Text consent expires no later than 30 days after the event and is removed with your RSVP or during scheduled cleanup. A minimal one-way phone identifier is kept to remember STOP requests across events, even after event cleanup, while the text service operates. This prevents a later RSVP from silently signing you back up. Replying START does not restore event consent here; contact the organizer for help.
